My submission to the 2016 "You've Got Red On You" studio exhibit presented by DHX Media in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Borrowing from my Winter Cardinals piece from 2014, I want to re-connect with the beauty of the cold Canadian winter scene and the recent concern with the decline in our deer population due to harsh weather conditions. The red stag; the strong survive. SOLD
